　　氣動振動器，利用空氣壓縮機排出的高壓氣體通過氣管接入產(chǎn)品進氣口，當(dāng)氣體推動活塞上行，活塞上氣室內(nèi)氣體受到擠壓，受擠壓的氣體通過排氣孔排出。當(dāng)活塞上行至終點時，氣體通過槽和氣道自動切換通氣方向，使氣體進入活塞上氣室。高壓氣體推壓活塞下行至終點第一次循環(huán)結(jié)束，第二次循環(huán)開始，依次不斷的往復(fù)循環(huán)使激振動器產(chǎn)生平動和晃動，從而產(chǎn)生振動力。

　　替代兼容性:

　　氣動振動器以壓縮空氣作為動力源，耗氣量小，既安全又節(jié)能。是在冷凍或高溫環(huán)境中使用的理想裝置，而且其體積小、故障少，安裝及維護簡易。氣動振動器vibrator廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工、農(nóng)藥、飼料、陶瓷、玻璃、水泥、燃料等粉體加工行業(yè)中，適用于零件或結(jié)構(gòu)件的疲勞試驗;料斗的抖動、壓實;線性和碗式加料器，篩子和濾網(wǎng);振動臺及拌和設(shè)備。

　　NCX M 電動內(nèi)部振動器主要用于混凝土滑動攤鋪機。與傳統(tǒng)振動器相比，離心力的大幅增強提高了壓縮性能。

　　NCX M振動器提供各種形狀(G-直、彎曲和T型)，以適應(yīng)您的流程。

　　此外，還開發(fā)了一個特殊版本(NCX M 760 T CC)，該版本可以通過相應(yīng)的電路在旋轉(zhuǎn)的兩個方向運行。如果 NCX M T CC 朝一個方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，則其離心力為 7.2 kN。當(dāng)改變旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時，不平衡相互調(diào)整，因此只能以5.6千N的離心力工作。
