　　產(chǎn)品代碼：型號包含有關電壓，電流和開啟行為的編碼信息。第一個數(shù)字代表以kV為單位的電壓，短劃線前的最后一個數(shù)字表示開啟行為(0 =固定導通時間，1 =可變導通時間)。短劃線后面的數(shù)字表示以安培x10為單位的電流。特殊功能在第二個破折號后由字母編碼。示例HTS 40-06：HTS = HV晶體管開關，4 = 4 kV，0 =固定導通時間，06 = 60安培
